At Ziddi Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.  This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your Ziddi Products for a refund.

What can be returned?

You can return unopened and unused Ziddi Products within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund.  We will accept returns for the following reasons:

Incorrect item(s) received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

Damaged item(s) in transit: If your product arrives damaged, please don’t accept the delivery and contact us right away.

Expired or near-expired product(s): We will accept returns for products with an expiry date less than 3 months from the delivery date.

What cannot be returned?

• Opened or used products.
• Products are returned after 5 days of receiving your order.
• Products without original packaging.

How to initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 1-2 days of receiving your order.  You can reach us by phone or email.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).

Please note:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your items.
• Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellation

We understand that plans change. You may request to cancel your order before it ships.  Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
